Abbotsgate House is situated on Hollow Road on the Eastern side of Bury St Edmunds, providing easy access to both the town centre and A14 via J35.

Bury St Edmunds is an attractive and prosperous market town which forms the commercial and administrative centre of West Suffolk. The town lies 30 miles east of Cambridge, 26 miles west of Ipswich and 70 miles north of London. The town has excellent road connections serving East Anglia and linking to the national motorway network via the A14 & A11. Terms

The suites are to be let on flexible in house easy in easy out tenancy agreements on all-inclusive terms save for business rates. The minimum term is 6 months with a rolling break on one months notice thereafter.

Service Charge
